Hi All, Any advice on the format of Child enrolment records that we need to keep. Does it have to be a hard copy or online CCMS software record is sufficient? Many thanks
Vanessa Thank you. As we are a large service it would be a lot better to use only electronic copies and not print and store ( which is another issue, space). I just wanted to hear from others to ensure we are compliant.

Jasminka no problem Jasminka, any time!.. Hopefully some more responses will come through from other services... My last service was 150 places and we had both digital and paper based as we had a large archive for storage.
