Does anyone know where to find a QR code for Policies and Procedures? Recently had a spot check and it was recommended to have a QR COde available for a quick reference to our Service's Policies and Procedures
director-hldp Hey! I think the QR code is a great idea and will especially help with parents being able to access your services policies and procedures. You will have to create your own QR code and have it linked to where you digitally store your policy and procedure files.
director-hldp If your Policies and Procedures are stored online and able to be accessed online you can create a QR code yourself.
Basically a QR Code is a link to a web page, however you scan the code instead of typing in each link/web address.

Using the QR Code to access the Policy and Procedures of the centre is a good idea moving forward to technology. How about the QR Scanner, can the free QR scanner allow sufficient time to access and read -say 20 min access?
