Do you agree with/ like how your service does their rostering?
What would you change if you could? What does your ideal roster look like?
From previous experience rosters can be a tricky one, especially being ratio based it does get tricky at times particularly the morning rush and afternoon rush, rostering through Covid was a whole different ball game! Is there anything your service does or you do as a NS or centre manager that you have found works well?
