We often hear feedback from Services about their varied experiences from A & R visits and spot checks so we're starting a thread where Services can share their experiences on any aspect of the assessment and rating process that would be useful to other Services.
Were there any surprises or anything you weren't prepared for? Did the Authorised Officer pay particular attention to one area/element/practice more than another? Do you think that the level of information you provided in your Service Assessment and QIP was appropriate and beneficial to the assessment and rating visit?
