We make sure we are present with the children. Our focus for the month of January is to get to know our children rather than documentation etc.
We also remember to transition our children into their new rooms if they are moving up - so often we assume these children are used to the environment and may not pay as much attention to the transition between rooms as we do when a child first starts, or transitions to school
